+ Fit-out Project Manager (Hong Kong / Macau based)

Responsibilities

To implement the overall planning & management
To control and co-ordinate of project(s) from design & completion
To ensure the project(s) complete on time, within budget, complied to / meet the quality standards and contract's requirement.
To monitor the progress of the project against the programme
To control project documents in accordance with the procedures
To liaison with government departments and utilities company
To review non-confirming works and monitoring corrective and preventive measures

Qualifications

Degree holder in relevant subject - MSc/BSc
Memberships of relevant professional institutions - MCIOB / MHKIE / RICS
10 years of relevant experience in general building A&A works and building fitout projects (Residential & Commercial)
Good knowledge of Building Ordinance
Strong negotiation and management skills
Good communication and report writing skills
Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively and fluently in English & Chinese

+ Senior Project Engineer (Hong Kong / Macau based)

Responsibilities

To prepare detailed method statements for Alteration and Addition works
To implement the overall planning & management
To prepare the master programme and work schedule if necessary
To monitor the progress of the project against the programme
To liaison with government departments and utilities company
To review non-confirming works and monitoring corrective and preventive measures

Qualifications

Degree of Bachelor of Engineering - Structural or Civil
Memberships of relevant professional institutions - MCIOB / MHKIE / RICS
10 years experience of relevant experience in building alteration and addition works
Good knowledge of Building Ordinance
Strong management skills
Good communication and report writing skills
Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively and fluently in English & Chinese

+ Site Agent (Hong Kong / Macau based)

Responsibilities

To supervise subcontractors to perform their works on a day to day basis
To implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records
To maintain progress according to programme and regularly report on site progress
To implement all inspections and tests identified in the quality plan
To ensure site safety and the implementation of site safety procedures
to maintain site cleanliness and sound site planning

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years relevant experience of building works / construction projects for Site Agent
Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate and Safety Green Card is a must
Good knowledge of Building Ordinance
Spoken English is preferred

+ Site Supervisor (Hong Kong / Macau Based)

Responsibilities

To supervise subcontractors to perform their works on a day to day basis
To implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records
To maintain progress according to programme and regularly report on site progress
To implement all inspections and tests identified in the quality plan
To ensure site safety and the implementation of site safety procedures
to maintain site cleanliness and sound site planning

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years relevant experience of building works / construction projects for Site Supervisor
Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate and Safety Green Card is a must
Good knowledge of Building Ordinance
Spoken English is preferred

+ Quantity Surveyor (Hong Kong / Macau based)

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the cost control of the individual projects
To measure and value the works and submit interim application for payment to Clients
To measure and value the works carried out by subcontractors and recommend payment
To report regularly on the financial status of the projects
To prepare the final accounts

Qualifications

Degree holder in quantity surveying or equivalent
Qualified member of BSc / MRICS
5 years experience on building works / construction projects
Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively and fluently in English & Chinese.
