Projexasia Limited was appointed as Main Contractor for the project in August 2010. The Scope of Works includes the renovation of all side corridors adjoining all typical floor lift lobbies between 5/F - 43/F, excluding 13/F, 14/F, 23/F and 24/F. In addition under this contract, on each of these floors, the Fire Services provisions are to be upgraded to meet the new FSID regulations.
