Projexasia were appointed as the Main Contractor for the reinstatement of the 3/F Fan Room at Three Exchange Square. The works included the removal of plinths and kerbs, removal of fire dampers, infilling slab openings, temporary hoarding, removal of blockwork wall, make good plaster finish and replacement of external curtain wall units (by Builders Federal).
