Projexasia was appointed as the Main Contractor for Chater House roof refurbishment works in May 2015, the works included replacement of all roof surfacing and re-cladding the exterior parapet walls and upgrade of the existing external lighting and lightning protection. The works were successfully completed in August 2015.
