Projexasia were appointed as the Main Contractor for the Administration Building Upgrade, including removal of unauthorised building works (UBW) works, asbestos removal works, structural alterations, chiller plant replacement works, re-roofing and external facade improvement works, MEP and fireman lift upgrading and general fit-out works.
