Projexasia was appointed as the main contractor to carry out the design and build of façade works at Lee Garden 2 Arrival Corner. The works involved demolishing existing finishes, spalling concrete repairs, re-waterproofing, design and build a 15m(H) x 12m(W) curved canvas with mounting frame, lighting, floor stone as well as aluminium cladding with both BD A&A and Minor Works submission. This project is challenging with the heavy traffic in the vicinity where public safety is of very high concerns due to the extremely tight adjoining footpath and working at height.
