Projexasia was appointed as the main contractor to carry out the fitout and A&A works at a Corporate Bank in Central. The works involved demolishing existing finishes, structure, MEP diversion, structural alternation, rebuilding a main kitchen, 5 new food counters, new toilets, installation of new MEP system, new finishes, platform lift and curtain wall etc. It is a very challenging project due to the nature of the building and client’s business of which a live environment and business have to be maintained.
