Projexasia were appointed as the Main Contractor for the refurbishment of the B2 and B3 level carparks. The works included the overlay of the existing concrete slab with a Miradrain and reinforced concrete slab, and the cladding of all exposed diaphragm walls using aluminum cladding supported on a lightweight structural steel frame.
