Projexasia Limited was appointed as Main Contractor for refurbishment and fit-out works for D.J. room, restrooms, general office, kitchen and toilets of studio. The works included demolition works, painting, installation of ceiling and M&E works, etc.
Projexasia also acted as the Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) for this works, administering all Building Department (BD) submissions.
