Projexasia (Macau) was appointed as Trade Contractor for the fitting out of two restaurants at Imperial Dim Sum Long House & Red Dragon Lounge, Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel Phase 1 in November 2006.
These two restaurants are the main food and beverage outlets central to the Venetian Macau podium casino area.
The Imperial House Dim Sum is an extensively themed ‘building within a building, featuring a traditional green Chinese clay tile roof, and GRC column cladding along with high quality mirrored timber wall cladding and fit-out works, forming a strong but pleasing contrast to the surrounding gaming areas.
The scope of works included general fitting out works, inclusive of roof tiling and frame, carpentry & joinery works, painting & metal works. Projexasia also supplied all the fixed and loose furniture to these restaurants.
