Main Contract Works (Design and Build)
Projexasia was appointed as Main Contractor for the design and build works of the Hong Kong Football Training Centre Phase 1 in Tseung Kwan O Stage 1 (TKO1) Landfill, in September 2016.
This unique project is the first of it's kind in Hong Kong, and will see 6 state of the art pitches delivered to the public and professional players.
3 pitches will be natural grass and 3 will be FIFA approved synthetic turf. Pitches are being lit by state of the art LED's and will be delivering a whopping 500lux to 4 of the pitches, enabling live broadcasting of the matches.
Furthermore the entire site is built on top of an existing landfill area, which is in turn all reclaimed land, making this a one of a kind development, requiring Projexasia's unique skills and once again demonstrating our ability to deliver a wide spectrum of projects.
