Projexasia Limited was appointed as the main contractor in Apr 2010. The projects comprises of the renovation of parts of two existing building through a Building Department (BD) submission process. Projexasia is responsible to manage all aspects of the procurement and construction works. The scope of services include demolition works, new E&M and general fit out works.
