Projexasia were appointed as the Main Contractor for the renovation of Research Laboratory at Room LG208, LG2/F, Chong Yuet Ming Physics Building. The works included demolition, E&M diversion & new installation, waterproofing, aluminium ceiling and new laboratory standard cabinets. A traffic diversion with TTM is involved at the access road underneath the laboratory is required of making openings and installation of new drainage.
