Projexasia staff were involved in the construction of this mixed use building of some 100,000 sq. ft. comprising educational and lecturing facilities including a 100 seat lecture theatre, seminar rooms, offices for the School of Professional and Continuing Education (SCOPE), coffee shop, and kitchen facilities. The eight upper floors comprise, senior staff, visiting staff and essential staff quarters and students accommodation.
