Projexasia was appointed as Main Contractor in May 2004. This project consists of a 3-storey high, quality residential building with an open yard and water feature. It also includes the construction of retaining wall and screen wall on mini-piles forming the open yard and a garage building facade with high quality stonework, complimented with hard and soft landscaping work.
