Projexasia Limited was appointed as Construction Manager for the project in October 2004
The Project works included the renovation of a luxury 3-storey, 5 bedrooms flat at 27 Barker Road, The Peak.
The existing layout was totally renovated to a bare shell condition, including replacement of all bathrooms, kitchens and the roof areas.
