Projexasia Limited was appointed as Main Contractor for the renovation and fit out work in late August 2004. The comprehensive refurbishment to the Consulate General"s home involved alteration works to entrance and garage, new trellis structure, new covered walkway, refurbishment of G/F and one pool house, extension of kitchen, replacement of existing windows with aluminium double glazed windows, building services works, and hard and soft landscaping work. This project was completed on 7th January 2005, following a satisfactory BD inspection in December 2004. Projexasia is now carrying out maintenance work for the home regularly.
