Projexasia Limited was appointed as the Construction Manager for the renovation and refurbishment of House N - Overthorpe, 28 Mount Austin Road, The Peak, Hong Kong.
The works were split over 4 floors and included relocating structural elements, replacing new glass, façade work, and upgrading the M&E amongst many others items The integration of the design and construction phases of the project, ensuring an efficient, buildable solution that utilises the most appropriate materials and technology available in the market.
