Projexasia staff managed the construction of these four prestigious townhouses which have replaced two villas on the site in Stanley over Tai Tam Bay.
The Client required an early start to the project which in turn required the early package awards to be fast tracked. Bringing the consultants team together to produce the necessary tender information enabled this first package awards within 42 days.
The individual townhouse has 3 floors. A lower floor holding a garage with access to maids quarters and access directly to the kitchen above, the main entrance opening up to the living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling, and the large terrace, and the dining area. A sculptured staircase opens to a viewing platform / landing to the upper floor gallery and four bedrooms.
