Projexasia were appointed as the Main Contractor in August 2013 for the renovation of the Common Areas of the Manhattan, which includes demolition works, structural alteration works, building services upgrade works, fitting-out works (Tower T1 to T5), façade works, landscaping works and general external works. Projexasia delivered immaculate reception lobbies, podium areas, modern glass facade and lovely gardens. The project was undertaken while the residences were live and had to be fastidiously planned and undertaken.
