Projexasia Limited was appointed as Construction Manager of the project in August 2006.
The project works included the renovation of a 3 bedroom flat at Regent Palisades, Pokfulam.
The renovation works included the replacement of all windows, installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms, fabrication and installation of a stainless steel spiral staircase and roof space.
