Projexasia Limited was appointed as Main Contractor in 2004. This project consists of a 3-storey high prestigious residential building, with an open yard decorated with a water feature. It also includes the construction of a retaining wall and screen wall on mini-piles forming the open yard and a garage facade with high standard stonework, complimented with hard and soft landscaping work, fences and gates.
