Projexasia Limited was appointed as Nominated Subcontractor for two show houses in early September 2004. The structural and internal block wall partitions of the houses were built by the Main Contractor. The Interior Fit-out Contract covers all the interior finishes including marble floor, wood planking for staircase, built-in furniture, internal doors and door frames, gold leaf paint, and fixing of ironmongeries and sanitary ware. This was a fast track project, with a 75 days programme, and the work was completed in mid January 2005.
